1 year warranty ensured from the date of delivery. Free repairing is available for functional problems of non-artificial damage, otherwise that will be charged. Once you have after-sales need, our FAE employees will provide remote technical support & send maintenance materials first, FAE employees can also be sent to the customer’s place to repair depending on the situation, or customer can directly send the damaged products back to Hongkong city where Vmlink has a maintenance center there, they will be repaired and send it out quickly.

We have two service models, one is OEM/ODM service, which is with customer’s brand based on our standard products, the other is to provide customization service according to the customer’s individual demands, which including appearance design, structure design, mold development, soft & hardware development, technical support and etc.
